The books, the songs, the Coach’s Chats, the challenges and everything else here are personal writing about motivation and self-belief. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for a professional who knows your situation.

Read it, listen to it, quote a line and tell people where you found it. The writing, music, artwork and the Momentum Rule name belong to Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd (ABN 34 695 911 025) and Naomi Shiels, and everything here is protected by copyright.

What you cannot do is republish it as your own, sell it, feed it into a product, or share the members area audio outside your household.

Each book contains an access code that unlocks the chapter audio and Coach’s Chats for that book. The code is for the person who bought the book. Please do not post it publicly or pass it around, and do not share your account.

We can close an account that is being shared widely. If that happens to you and you think it is a mistake, email us and we will sort it out.

The books are sold by Amazon, not by us. The buy buttons send you to the Amazon store for your country. Payment, delivery, returns and refunds are all handled by Amazon under their terms, so that is who to contact about an order.

The Momentum 60 Challenge and Glow90 are companion apps with their own sign-in. They are provided as they are. We may change or stop them, and we will give the list notice before doing anything that would lose your progress.

We aim to keep everything working and will fix what breaks, but we do not promise the site, the audio or the apps will be available without interruption.

Nothing here takes away the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those guarantees apply, they apply no matter what this page says. Beyond them, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
